Affiliated Artist    Chen Lin    Chen Lin has been engaged in the study and creation of flower and bird paintings. Aspiring to integrate the color of western painting and traditional Chinese fine-line realistic painting, he creates a lyrical, tranquil and beautiful world. For the last couple of years the lotus has become the main subject of his paintings. But instead of the summer lotus flower he has concentrated on the autumn lotus and its connotation of the passage of time and suggestions of mortality.
