Affiliated Artist   Michael Brophy Michael Brophy graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) in 1985. He has taught art at Portland State University and PNCA. His paintings have been included in Outward Bound: American Art at the Brink of the 21st Century, an internationally touring exhibition, the 1997 Oregon Biennial at the Portland Art Museum where he received a Juror's Award, and many others. Brophy was awarded a Pollock/Krasner Grant in 1995 and a Westaf NEA Grant in 1990. Brophy's work can be seen in Lois Allan's book, Contemporary Art in the Northwest, and Kitty Harmon's book The Northwest Landscape.
